What is a Resort Vacation Certificate?
A Resort Vacation Certificate can be redeemed for a 7 nights stay at many resort properties worldwide. You can purchase a Certificate for yourself or as a gift for a friend or family member. The Certificate will be mailed or emailed to the recipient who can then use it to book a vacation at thousands of resorts worldwide. Accommodation must be confirmed before the Book By Date printed on your Certificate which is 12 months from the date of purchase.

How do I use a resort vacation Certificate?

Once you have received your Resort Vacation Certificate simply go to the website address printed on the Certificate to search for vacation accommodations.
Start by entering your secure 12 character Certificate number in the Redeem Certificate box then click "Redeem Certificate."
You will be able to search for vacations with travel dates in the next 12 months.
Click on the “Upgrade” tab to view additional resorts or larger unit sizes.

What size are your vacation rental units?
Accommodations range in size from studio to multi-bedroom units. Many units have large living rooms, dining rooms, fully-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities.

Can I buy the Certificate and give it to someone else?
Yes, you can purchase a Certificate and give it to a friend or family member. However, once the accommodation has been booked, the Certificate is non-transferable.

How far in advance can I search for an accommodation?
You can search for vacations with travel dates in the next 12 months.

What kind of accommodation can I typically get using my Certificate?
All accommodations are 7 night stays with a fixed check-in day.

Can I find accommodation anytime of the year?
You can typically get off-season accommodation using the Certificate.

What is an Upgrade?
You may upgrade your Certificate to gain access to and reserve your one-week stay at additional vacation options for a payment typically ranging between $50 USD to $1,000 USD, depending upon the accommodation and date selected.

Can the stay be less than 7 nights?
Yes, you can stay less than 7 nights. However, if you upgrade your Resort Vacation Certificate, your cost will remain the same as rates are weekly and not nightly. If you plan on arriving after the check-in day, you should contact the resort directly and advise them of your late arrival.

When does the Certificate expire?
Accommodation must be confirmed before the Book By Date printed on your Certificate which is 12 months from the date of purchase.

How can I learn more about the sleeping arrangements of the units?
Once you have selected a resort, click the Additional Info tab to learn more about unit occupancy.

Can I change my reservation?
You will not be able to change or cancel the reservation once your Certificate has been redeemed.
